お買い上げ頂いたHENGE作品に修理が必要となりましたら、Eメールにてお気軽にご連絡下さい。 修理する作品の送付方法や修理方法などをお客様とご相談のうえ費用のお見積りを提示し、できるだけ柔軟に対応させて頂きます。 各作品の交換用パーツを当方で常備している訳ではありませんので、基本的にお買い上げ頂いた作品のパーツに手を加える形で対応させて頂きます。 作品を送付頂き当方が修理作業を行う場合は有料となる事が多い旨、予めご了承下さい。 なお修理ご希望箇所の状態によっては、お客様側にて修理作業が可能な場合がございます。 そのような場合は具体的な修理方法をお伝えします。

In-house repair service is available for HENGE works at your cost. Please note that all HENGE works are individually and manually created so we do not stock spare parts for replacement. Thus all repair process will require the original parts of the work you purchased. For this reason, there may be the case that the shape and the finish of the parts may look differ from the original state after repair.
In case you wish to perform the repair by yourself, please feel free to contact us via email for technical advice. Please note however that we will NOT be liable for any damage caused by the repair performed by you.
